Small Business & CRE Loans
We Believe In Values
Net Lease Capital is a direct asset-based private money lender specializing in small business loans and real estate financing. We offer short-term bridge loans for both small businesses and real estate investors. Unlike traditional loans, which require extensive documentation and long approval times, our process is faster and more flexible, making it easier for small business owners to access the capital they need.

Commercial Private Money Lenders
Net Lease Capital is a direct asset-based private money lender. We provide short-term bridge loans for real estate investors of commercial real estate and select small business opportunities. The application process for a traditional commercial real estate loan requires a lot of time and documentation to complete, and prime or near-prime borrowers are most likely to qualify.

If you have a lower credit score or less-than-stellar business finances, or the financed property needs renovation, you’ll pay higher interest rates and have to put more money down in order to get a conventional commercial real estate loan. In this situation, you should consider looking for a private money loan. Our loans are underwritten and serviced internally, providing more flexibility, and faster approvals. We do not require credit checks or tax returns. We lend based on the value of the real estate.

Real Estate - Investor Loans
We have the ability and the capacity to structure financing to fit almost any situation. As a private money lender, we do not conform to the same underwriting guidelines as a commercial mortgage. Nor do we require the same amount of documentation as banks. Net Lease Capital, can provide a borrower with the money they need to close, with certainty and speed of delivery in a matter of weeks, not months.

Small Business Loan
A small business loan is a financial product designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners access capital for various needs, such as working capital, equipment purchases, inventory, or business expansion. These loans can come in various forms, including term loans, lines of credit, or short-term bridge loans, and are typically offered by banks, credit unions, and private lenders. The terms of a small business loan depend on factors like the amount borrowed, the business's financial health, and the purpose of the loan. Unlike traditional loans, private lenders may offer more flexible terms and quicker approval processes, often based on the value of the business or its assets rather than credit history.
