1. Initial Meeting
Tell us about your experience and expertise. How many deals have you done? Do you have an LLC or Corporation? How much money are you putting in? What is your exit strategy?
2. Tell Us About Your Deal
Where is the property located? What is it worth? How are you going to repay the loan? When do you need the money? Why do you need the money? Who is the tenant? When does the lease end?
3. Term Sheet
If you’re in agreement with the terms we offer, a term sheet is drafted, a title policy commitment is requested, and all third-party reports as required from borrower.
4. Underwriting
We will assess the value of the collateral for the loan, along with borrower’s experience, character and capacity to repay the loan.
5. Processing & Approval
Depending upon timely receipt and acceptance of all required information from borrower, approval is granted, and loan documents are ordered.
6. Closing
After receipt and review of closing docs, along with the title policy and insurance acceptable to the Lender, funds are wired
